Comprehensive refurbishment of the office area and a full Food Court space, including selective demolition works, gypsum board partitions and linings, suspended ceilings, vinyl flooring, finishes, custom carpentry, and the adaptation of electrical, HVAC and fire protection (PCI) installations, as well as signage.
The project also includes the modernization of the space and its adaptation to current regulations.
