Adaptation of a logistics warehouse to fire protection (PCI) regulations, including the expansion into a previously unused area.
Extension of the warehouse by more than 8,000 m², reaching a total industrial-use surface area of 42,000 m².
Adaptation of three office modules to meet new, more modern and efficient standards, installation of a new and complete fire protection (PCI) and smoke extraction system, LED lighting in the warehouse and offices, and new access points to the warehouse and offices through ramps and staircases.
The project also includes the creation of new common access areas and green spaces.
